What will you be doing?
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen and, together with the team, ensure consistent quality. Your duties will include:
• Supporting the Head Chef in implementing the kitchen concept
• Managing and supervising the kitchen team
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Monitoring quality and hygiene
• Contributing ideas about menus and improvements
• Taking responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position
• Is passionate about cooking and quality
• Can manage and motivate a team
• Is stress-resistant and can maintain an overview
• Is flexible, including evenings and weekends
