What will you do
As a Service Staff Member, you are an essential part of the experience for our guests. With your appearance, precision, and sense of timing, you ensure a relaxed and high-quality service experience. Your tasks include:
- Welcoming and guiding guests
- Taking and serving drinks and dishes
- Advising guests about the menu, wines, and specials
- Ensuring a neat, tidy, and atmospheric work and guest environment
- Handling payments and processing transactions
- Collaborating with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure high service quality
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- has a natural, genuine guest-oriented approach
- works accurately and has an eye for detail
- exudes calmness, professionalism, and representativeness
- can switch quickly and is stress-resistant
- is flexibly available, also in evenings and weekends
- has experience in hospitality or service (preferred, not required)
- speaks Dutch (English and German are a plus)
