What will you do
As a Housekeeping Employee, you play an essential role in the experience of our guests and ensure that the hotel rooms are meticulously cared for. Your duties include:
- Cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms and bathrooms according to luxury hotel standards
- Making beds and carefully replenishing amenities
- Checking rooms for cleanliness, completeness, and appearance
- Keeping common areas clean
- Noticing special features and technical defects
- Working according to established hygiene and quality standards
- Collaborating with reception and colleagues to optimally support guests
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Understands that clean and precise work directly contributes to guest satisfaction
- Has an eye for detail and maintains high quality standards
- Is reliable, independent, and flexible
- Thinks guest-oriented and works discreetly
- Can work independently, but is also a team player and does not shy away from physical work
- Is flexibly available during the day, also on weekends and holidays
- Has experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred, not required)
