What will you do
As a Reception / Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You ensure a warm welcome and a smooth stay, from check-in to check-out. Your tasks include:
- Warmly welcoming and checking in guests
- Providing information about the hotel, facilities, and surroundings
- Answering questions and reservation requests by phone and email
- Processing payments and administrative tasks
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
- Solving minor issues and creating a personal, luxurious guest experience
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Breathes hospitality and is communicatively strong
- Is representative, friendly, and stress-resistant
- Thinks proactively in solutions
- Can switch well between different tasks
- Is available for shifts during the day, evening, and weekends
- Has experience in a similar position (preferred, not required)
- Has a good command of the Dutch, German, and/or English language
- Has experience with Mews (preferred, not required)
