What you will be doing
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the culinary heart of Hotel The Dunes. You will develop and oversee the kitchen concept and, together with your team, ensure consistent quality and experience. With your creativity, leadership and craftsmanship, you will take the kitchen to a higher level. 

Your duties will include:
• Developing and implementing the culinary concept for dinner
• Compiling, innovating and monitoring menus
• Managing, coaching and motivating the kitchen brigade
• Ensuring quality, presentation and taste experience
• Monitoring hygiene and food safety
• Responsible for purchasing, stock management and cost control
• Collaborating with service staff and management to create an optimal guest experience
 

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• Has demonstrable experience as a Head Chef or in a similar position
• Is passionate about gastronomy and quality
• Is creative and has an eye for detail
• Can lead and inspire a team
• Is stress-resistant and can maintain an overview
• Is flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Has an affinity with a luxury hotel environment
